An official committee bringing together the major players
Under the High Patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, under the aegis of the Ministry of the Industry, Investment, Trade and Digital Economy, of the National Defense Administration and with the unfailing support of the Royal Moroccan Air Force, Marrakech Air Show will take place from 24th to 27th October 2018, at the military base of the Royal Moroccan Air Force in Marrakech.
A dedicated event to Africa
The international aeronautical and space sector is showing an increased interest in Africa. Morocco, from its strategic position and thanks to the rise of the quality of its services, is now positioning itself as a platform for strategic aeronautical maintenance for the African continent.
The show also aims to support the significant growth of the national aeronautical industry marked, in the last decade, by the establishment of the world’s leading companies.
Symposium of African Air Force Chiefs of Staff
Coupled with Marrakech Air Show 2018, a symposium on Security and Defense with the African Air Force Chiefs of Staff will be organized by the US Air Force Command in Europe and Africa with the support of Royal Moroccan Air Force, 21st, 22nd and 23rd of October 2018.
More than a hundred Heads of Defense and high-ranking air force personnel from more than forty African countries will take part in this annual conference, organized around the reflection on regional and national security problems, the development of bilateral exchanges and the promotion of multilateral cooperation.
10th Anniversary
In a decade, Marrakech Airshow has established itself as the meeting place for both civil and military aerospace industry in Africa. During the 2018 edition, 300 exhibitors are expected and more than hundred official international civil and military delegations will make the trip to attend this major event.
